Number of Public Services up by 30% in 2018

The numbers of users and ordered services, as well as payment volumes keep growing

In 2018, the number of the Public Services Portal users grew by 21 million to 86 million. The number of visits to the Portal increased by more than 30% to reach 582 million. Every day 1.6 million users on average visited www.gosuslugi.ru.
The users completed and sent through the Portal more than 60 million e-applications in 2018, up 55% as compared to the past year. Checking a personal account balance at the RF Pension Fund was the most popular service among users (over 16 million requests), followed by the vehicle registration service (4.8 million applications). About 3 million applications were received for issuing foreign travel passports of a new format and for registration of ownership rights. Almost 2.6 million driver's license renewal services were delivered.
The volume of payments reached 52.6 billion rubles demonstrating almost twofold increase from 30.3 billion rubles in 2017 (compare modest 8.1 billion rubles in 2016). In 2018, The Public Services Portal users paid almost 19.9 billion rubles of tax liabilities, 17.5 billion rubles of stamp duties, 9.8 billion rubles of fines, 4.3 billion rubles of penalties adjudicated by courts.
The demand for the Multi-Pay service launched in December 2017 is also growing. The multi-payments value exceeding 11 billion rubles accounts for about 20% of the total amount of payments effected through the Public Services Portal. In 2018, it was almost 4.5 million times that citizens used the opportunity to pay multiple traffic police fines, tax or legal arrears once at a time.
