RTLabs attends the 10th International IT Forum with BRICS and SCO participation

RTLabs presented three reports as part of the business program of the event

RTLabs together with Rostelecom took part in the X International IT Forum for the BRICS and SCO countries held in Khanty-Mansiysk on June 5-6. The forum was organized by the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the Administration of the Tomsk Region, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, the Administration of the City of Khanty-Mansiysk, the Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies and the National Information Security Forum ‘Infoforum’.
On the first day, the panel discussion “Digital Government. The role of regions in the digital economy development” was held with the participation of RF Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Konstantin Noskov, Director of Public Administration Department of the RF Ministry of Economic Development Pavel Malkov, Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra Alexey Zabozlaev, Director of the Information Technologies and Digital Development Department of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra Pavel Tsiporin, Executive Director and Head of the Regional Projects Directorate at RTLabs Dmitry Fink.  The panelists discussed the role of regions in the digital economy, the evolution of public services, vertically integrated information systems and the IT industry development in the regions.
The round table “Medical decision making supported by telemedicine and artificial intelligence” was held on the second day of the Forum. The panelists discussed the issues of remote monitoring of the patient's medical condition, as well as the areas, possibilities and prospects of telemedicine in Russia. Leading experts in healthcare spoke about IT solutions designed to analyze large databases and to form comprehensive recommendations for medical personnel. Executive Director and Head of Directorate for Healthcare Systems Computerization Mikhail Krymsky presented his report “Rostelecom’s telemedicine solutions and services”.
Besides the event featured the round table “Electronic document exchange and economy digitalization in healthcare”, where Mikhail Krymsky assessed the current state and prospects for the use of cloud electronic signature in telemedicine services. The participants discussed the use of electronic documents in healthcare, the legal regulation of the use of personal device readings in this area, and shared their success stories as regards projects to implement the remote use of telemetric data from patients’ personal devices.
