HR Director Stepan Lysenko becomes an Honorary Member of the contest jury for the second consecutive year    

For the second year in a row, RTLabs has been invited to participate in a mega-event for the HR professionals. As part of the annual HR Brand Award, the best projects in the field of personnel management were rated for the 13th time by an expert jury consisting of industry leaders, with the company’s HR director Stepan Lysenko among them.

“I’ve been keeping track of the contest for much more than a year, and for the second time I take part in the meeting evaluating the participants' projects. It is very interesting to watch how the market is changing. Obviously, the HR-processes automation, which used to be companies’ know-how, has become an integral part of them. At the same time, the role of human resources is getting increasingly important. The fixed expression “people are the core value” has started to take the key meaning. We are entering the era of digital transformation that requires new approaches and breakthrough projects and makes impact on the shape of tomorrow’s tandem of business and HR.”

The solemn ceremony took place in the Moscow House of Music on February 19 to gather representatives of more than 90 major federal and regional companies. 51 out of over 110 participating projects got through to the final. The prizes were awarded in seven main and five special categories.

“Digitalization of HR-processes is getting increasingly trendy. Year by year, it is taking simpler, but more efficient and vibrant forms such as motivation, corporate culture, staff involvement. Besides, T&D tends to change. Now, employees are not being taught, but given the tools for development. This is the right approach, which allows staff to independently and intentionally gain new knowledge and competencies.”

The HR-Brand Award is one of the most prestigious Russian contests in the field of personnel management. It helps the best HR projects gain recognition and become famous, while professionals can share experience and learn the best HR practices. RTLabs traditionally supports large-scale important events in the HR industry, which fuel changes and form new market transformation trends.
