RT Labs takes part in the Ural Health Week
The ‘RT.Medicine’ report was presented at the Exhibition Forum
The 12th exhibition and forum Ural Health Week was held on 29-31 March in Yekaterinburg under the auspices of the Regional Ministry of Healthcare.
At the forum, Rostelecom’s subsidiary RT Labs presented RT.Medicine, a report on the development of the Regional Medical Information System (RMIS) and solution CAMI. Tele-Radiology.
RMIS is a regional segment of the Unified State Health Information System (EGISZ) that enables integrated informatization of the regional healthcare system and the provision of federal and municipal e-services.
With this solution, any Russian federal entity is able to deliver on 15 bullet points of the EGISZ development road map and to save a lot of money on the establishment, certification and maintenance of in-house data centres by using a cloud model.
The system is located in a secure environment that meets statutory requirements for data protection and medical secrecy. The system has been deployed in the Regions of Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Kurgan, Kaluga, Orenburg; in Zabaikalsky Krai, the Republics of Altai and Buryatia, and in the city of Sarov.
CAMI. Tele-Radiology helps medical organizations to computerize radiological and diagnostic services. The solution can be used by experts to store and exchange diagnostic materials (such as medical images) and to deliver remote and local consultations in a shared information / diagnostic environment.
CAMI. Tele-Radiology is connected to EGISZ and has been implemented in the Regions of Murmansk, Tambov, Vladimir, Irkutsk; the Republics of Tatarstan and Saha Yakutia; and in Primorsky Krai.
The system has won The Top Ten IT Projects. Education and Healthcare, a contest organized by the Russian Telecom Ministry (nomination Best Tele-Medical Project).
RT Labs implements and maintains RMIS and CAMI. Tele-Radiology across the country. The design and development of medical information systems are the responsibility of the Company’s branch in Kazan.
