Rostelecom and RTLabs to relocate 20 public services to the Unified Portal in Tomsk region
The migration will be completed before the end of 2017
Tomsk branch of PJSC Rostelecom in collaboration with RTLabs will relocate 20 regional services to the Public Services single federal platform before the end of 2017. This will allow the Tomsk Oblast residents to receive regional and federal public services on a “one-stop shop” basis, the company’s press service reports.
The Tomsk Oblast is among the Russian pilot regions where local public services portals will be relocated to the Unified Public Services Portal (EPGU). The migration to EPGU in the region began in December 2016.
Earlier, regional government and municipal services were available on the sub-portal 70gosuslugi.ru. Once implemented, the project of migration to a single portal will eliminate duplication of resources and reduce the size of financing from the regional budget.
“148 services, including 20 municipal ones, have been converted into the electronic format in the Tomsk Oblast. Within eight months this year, Tomsk citizens submitted about 60,000 applications through the portal, with a total of 320,000 residents registered in it,” said Alexey Makhorin, director of the Tomsk branch of PJSC Rostelecom.
Tomsk residents will get access to the services of the Uniform Portal including a single point of access to federal and regional services, search, personal account with a history of operations and applications, and interactive informers notifying of fines and debts.
Tomsk branch of PJSC Rostelecom is a structural division that operates on the territory of the region.
