Mobile Voter receives COMNEWS AWARD 2018
In 2017, health care computerization solutions were singled out for the award
RTLabs has won a prestigious industry COMNEWS AWARD for the technological implementation of the Mobile Voter service on the Public Services Portal (Gosuslugi.ru). The independent expert community considered quite a number of innovative cases on the computerization of various sectors of the digital economy.
The Mobile Voter project commissioned by the RF Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media and the Federal Informatization Center under the Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation was implemented by RTLabs.
With this service, about 2 million users of the Gosuslugi portal could remotely select a convenient polling station to vote at the Presidential elections and on the Single Voting Day. The service, unequalled on a global scale, was used by citizens of Russia residing both in the country and abroad.

Last year, the expert community highly praised our experience in health computerization as regards implementing the Regional Medical Information System (RMIS) and solutions “Central Archive of Medical Images. Established in 2011, the ComNews Award is one of the most prestigious industry awards in IT and digital economy. It is based on independent industry ratings prepared by a team of ComNews analysts. In 2018, the award was conferred in 11 nomination categories: public administration, oil and gas industry, electric power industry, public utilities and ‘smart city’, manufacturing, financial sector, agriculture, transport and logistics, trade, healthcare and education.
