Mobile Public Services win Golden Application Award
In the nomination "Best application for the consumer" 21 projects were submitted
"Gosuslugi" (Public Services Application) became the prizewinner of Golden Application 2017 in B2C nomination. Representatives of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and RTLabs company took part in the awarding ceremony on March 1, 2018 at Deworkacy Center in Moscow.
The first version of Unified Public Services Portal mobile application was launched in March 2012. In autumn 2017, the application was updated significantly to turn the main page into a full-scale user assistant. The newsfeed and the services directory were modified.
Starting from early 2017, the number of unique devices where the Public Services Application was launched at least once has exceeded 10 million. In 2017, over 6 mln unique users benefited from the application, as compared to less than 1 mln users in 2016. Over 6 mln services were ordered, over 8.6 mln payment operations were effected for the total amount of 8.9 bln rubles.
The service is available in any situation, at any place and time for any social groups, including socially disadvantaged and physically challenged people, as well as those living in remote regions of the country. The application was also implemented considering the needs of people with limitations in visual sense.
Application support and development is carried out by Samara branch of RTLabs in close cooperation with RF Telecom Ministry.
In 2016, the application received Golden Application award in three nominations: "Lifestyle", "Productivity, Services, Training" and "Best Application of the Brand".
In February 2017, Public Services Application hit top three international mobile apps at the Best m-Government Service Award contest in the nomination "One Stop App", organized in the framework of World Government Summit in Dubai, UAE.
In November 2017, the application won Runet Award, a national prize awarded annually for distinguished achievements in informational technologies and electronic communications.
