The Portal Home Page design is updated

On the New Year eve, the design of the Gosuslugi Home Page has traditionally been updated with merry snowmen and little snowflakes creating a festive mood.
2018 saw a record number of services delivered (almost 56 million), an increase of more than 40% as compared to the previous year. With over 15.5 million requests submitted by the citizens to the Pension Fund of Russia, the check of pension savings became the most popular service on the Portal, followed by motor vehicle registration – 9 million requests. Over 5 million users have applied for taking a driving exam at GIBDD (State Inspectorate for Road Traffic Safety). About 4 million users applied for issuing a Russian internal passport and over 3 million users have been registered at the place of their stay or residence.
Over 1.6 million users visit the Gosuslugi portal daily. At present, more than half of the country's population (85 million citizens) is registered on the Public Services Portal. More than 60% of them (52 million Russians) have a verified account that gives them access to all services and facilities offered by the Portal.
As part of the Federal Program “Information Society 2017-2030” and in accordance with Government Order No.812-p dated 28.04.2017, operation and development of the e-Government infrastructure is within the responsibility of Rostelecom PJSC and the RF Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. RT Labs is the technological partner of the project.
