A hundred million citizens have registered on the Government Services Portal

Today the Public Services Portal ranks second in the world with respect to attendance according to Similarweb

The number of people registered on the public services portal has exceeded 100 million. During 2019, 1.4 million people on average became new users every month.
Most often, citizens use the services to make an appointment with a doctor or nursery school, receive information about pension savings, register vehicles, apply for an exam at the traffic police and obtain a driver’s license. Also, the top ten most popular services include execution and issuance of Russian and foreign passports, registration at the place of residence and domicile, issuance of a certificate of (the absence) a criminal record.
The Public Services Portal has been in operation since 2009, and today it is one of the most popular government websites in the world. According to Similarweb, it ranks second with regard to attendance in the Law and Government category, only behind to the UK public services portal.
The Public Services Portal account is a single key for accessing the websites of the Federal Tax Service, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for State Registration (Rosreestr), the public Wi-Fi network in the Moscow underground and almost 4,000 other government and commercial resources. For authorization, you need a verified account, which today is owned by about 62 million people (60% of the total number of those registered). You can confirm your account in the User Service Centers (, as well as through the online accounts of Sberbank, Pochta Bank, Tinkoff Bank and Saint Petersburg Bank.
The state customer and owner of the public services portal is the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The operator is PJSC "Rostelecom" assisted by JSC RTLabs.
